NVIDIA
GeForce RTX 5090
The fastest consumer graphics card there is, and the only one that plays 4K at high refresh without leaning on upscaling in most titles. It has also spent most of its life selling far above the number NVIDIA announced, because the same silicon and the same memory are wanted by people building datacenters.
- Best for
- 4K at 120 Hz and above, heavy ray tracing, or local AI work that genuinely needs 32 GB of video memory.
- Watch out
- 575 W of board power. It changes your power supply, your case airflow, and the temperature of the room you sit in. Check the street price against MSRP before you accept any quote that includes one.
Launch MSRP$1,999
